List Terminals

To list the terminals for your sites, click the “LIST…” link within the “TERMINALS” section on the left-hand side menu.  From this view you will see:

• Search: A search so you can filter your terminals by “Name” and/or “Site Name”.
• Active: Whether or not the terminal is active.
• Name: The terminal name.
• Lane ID
• Serial Number: The terminal serial number.
• Terminal Mode: The terminal mode (Redemption/Certification/Training).
• Test Keys: Whether or not there are test keys.
• Site: The site name the terminals are part of.
• Edit: An icon to edit the terminal.

Edit Terminals

To edit a terminal:

1. Click the “LIST…” link within the “TERMINALS” section on the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on the pencil icon  for the terminal you want to edit.
3. Make the needed changes.
4. Click the ‘Submit’ button to save the new information.

Changing the Terminal Mode

When you first receiving your MobiWIC terminal it is in "Training" mode.  Training mode allows you to learn about the MobiWIC features without being in a production environment.  Once you are ready to take live WIC transactions you will need to change to "Redemption Mode".  Here's how:

1. Click the “LIST…” link within the “TERMINALS” section on the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on the pencil icon  for the terminal you want to edit.
   
   
   
   
3.  Select "Redemption Mode" from the "Mode" dropdown menu.  Click the "Submit" button.  Synchronize your terminal to apply the changed setting.
