List Sites

To list the sites that you manage click the “LIST…” link within the “SITES” section on the left-hand side menu.  From this view you will see:

  • Active: Whether or not the site is active.
  • Name: The site name.
  • Contact name: The name of the site contact.
  • Phone: Contact phone number.
  • Address: Contact address.

If you have multiple sites to manage a search is available.

Add Sites Page

To add a site to MobiWIC click the “ADD SITE…” link within the “SITES” section on the left-hand side menu.  From this page you can…

  • Contact and General Information:
    • Name of the Site
    • Contact Name
    • Address
    • State
    • City
    • Zip Code
    • Phone
    • The maximum number of PIN ties
    • The time in minutes that the terminal times out
  • Receipt (Used for normal MobiWIC WIC transactions):
    • Header: Type in the text that you want to appear on the top of the receipt.
    • Trailer: Type in the text that you want to appear on the bottom of the receipt.
  • Training Receipt (Used for training purposes):
    • Header: Type in the text that you want to appear on the top of the receipt.
    • Trailer: Type in the text that you want to appear on the bottom of the receipt.
  • Certification Receipt: (Used for certification mode):
    • Header: Type in the text that you want to appear on the top of the receipt.
    • Trailer: Type in the text that you want to appear on the bottom of the receipt.
  • Site Active ON/OFF: Used to activate or inactivate a site.
  • Add WIC Authority:

To add a WIC Authority:

  1. Click the ‘Add WIC Authority’ button.
  2. Fill out the “WIC Authority Relation” form.
    1. “Is Active” checkbox
    2. WIC Authority
    3. Next File Sequence #
    4. EBTID
    5. Merchant ID
    6. FTP USER
    7. FTP Password
    8. Synchronization Time (HH:MM)
  3. Click the ‘Save’ button.

Site Active ON/OFF

  • To make the site active click the ‘ON’ button.
  • To make the site inactive click on the ‘OFF’ button.

List Sites Pages

From “List Sites” page you can…

  • View the site information in a “Read Only” format.
  • Edit the site information.

To edit a site:

  1. Click the “LIST…” link within the “SITES” section on the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click on the pencil icon  for the site you want to edit.
  3. Edit the fields that you want to change.
  4. Click the ‘Submit’ button to save the changes.

Site Active ON/OFF:

  • To make the site active click the ‘ON’ button.
  • To make the site inactive click on the ‘OFF’ button.

WIC Authority:

From the “Edit Site” page you can Add, Edit, or Activate/Deactivate the WIC Authority.  

To edit a WIC Authority:

  1. Within the “WIC Authority” section click the edit icon .
  2. Edit the fields that you want to change.
  3. Click the ‘Save’ button.

 

To Activate/Deactivate a WIC Authority just check either the checkmark or the “x” in the Activate/Deactivate column.
